As a Digital Technology Specialist - Technical Product Management, you will serve as the product manager for the Anaplan Financial Planning platform. You will partner with Finance stakeholders, Digital Technology teams and service providers to define product priorities, maintain platform reliability and deliver enhancements that support enterprise planning and forecasting processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the product vision, roadmap, backlog and lifecycle for the Anaplan Financial Planning platform, aligning priorities with Finance objectives and enterprise technology strategy.
- Partner with Finance process owners and business stakeholders to gather, evaluate and translate requirements into clear product features, user stories, acceptance criteria and release priorities.
- ·Provide direction and oversight to Genpact contractors supporting Anaplan platform administration, ensuring work is prioritized, documented and completed in accordance with agreed service expectations.
- Oversee day-to-day platform administration, including user access, role and workspace management, model monitoring, scheduled processes, data integrations, release coordination and production support.
- Establish and maintain platform governance, design standards, change controls, documentation and support procedures to promote security, auditability, scalability, and sustainable model development.
- Coordinate incident, problem and change management activities; assess business impact, communicate status and drive issues through resolution with internal teams and third-party support providers.
- Manage the product delivery lifecycle from discovery and solution design through testing, deployment, adoption and post-implementation support.
- Monitor product health, platform capacity, service performance, risks, technical debt and enhancement demand, and provide clear status, decisions and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, data, integration and infrastructure teams to ensure solutions align with technology standards and control requirements.
- Manage vendor relationships, licensing considerations, and service-provider deliverables associated with the Anaplan platform.
- Promote effective use of Anaplan capabilities through stakeholder engagement, training coordination, knowledge transfer, and continuous improvement.

- Proven experience in technical product management, product ownership, or platform leadership for enterprise financial planning solutions.
- Hands-on knowledge of Anaplan platform administration and application lifecycle practices, including access management, model and workspace administration, integrations, deployment and production support.
- Working knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting processes.
- Experience translating business requirements into prioritized product roadmaps, backlogs, user stories, and measurable outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and coordinate work performed by third-party contractors or managed service providers.
- Strong understanding of platform governance, change management, security, audit controls, testing and operational support disciplines.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, problem-solving, written communication, and executive-level presentation skills.
- Ability to balance strategic product planning with hands-on operational ownership in a complex enterprise environment.
Preferred Qualification s
- Anaplan certification or substantial experience supporting enterprise-scale Anaplan implementations.
- Experience with Oracle EPM Cloud Planning, formerly known as EPBCS, including planning application administration, metadata, data integration, or business process support.
- Experience with Finance Transformation, enterprise performance management, master data management or financial systems integration initiatives.
- Familiarity with Baker Hughes Finance processes, Digital Technology standards and support practices.
