Job Title: Recruiter
Sugar Land, TX (Onsite) 6-Month Contract $30-$40/hr
About the Opportunity
Our client is seeking a Recruiter to support hiring efforts during a period of organizational growth and acquisition activity. This role will own full-cycle recruiting for engineering, EPC, and other technical positions while partnering closely with hiring managers to drive hiring strategy and deliver a strong candidate experience. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, managing a recruiting process from start to finish, and acting as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders.
What You'll Do
- Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer acceptance
- Partner directly with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, and direct outreach
- Conduct candidate screens and assess qualifications, compensation expectations, and overall fit
- Coordinate interviews and candidate communication throughout the hiring process
- Provide hiring managers with pipeline updates and recruiting market feedback
- Maintain ATS records and candidate documentation
- Support offer creation, offer delivery, and onboarding coordination
- Build talent pipelines for future hiring needs
- Serve as a trusted resource for candidates and hiring managers

What We're Looking For
Preferred Experience
- 2-3+ years of agency/staffing recruiting experience, OR
- 4-5+ years of corporate recruiting experience
- Experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously
- Strong sourcing and recruiting fundamentals
- Experience partnering directly with hiring managers
- ATS experience
- Strong Microsoft Office skills

- Approximately 5 active requisitions today
- Expected to fill 6-7 positions through year-end

Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Sugar Land, TX.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
