Talent Acquisition Partner (Tech / R&D)

Teltonika’s telematics business unit develops and produces easy-to-use GPS tracking devices for effective fleet management in logistics, agriculture, car sharing, construction, and more. Using the latest technologies, Teltonika sets new standards for the telematics industry.

In this role, you will:

- Take full ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles, such as developers, engineers and quality assurance specialists, as well as selected administrative positions. This includes drafting and publishing job ads, proactively sourcing and headhunting candidates, screening applications, coordinating and conducting interviews, and maintaining strong, up-to-date talent pipelines.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand current and future hiring needs, align on candidate profiles, and provide guidance on effective recruitment strategies.
- Continuously improve recruitment processes by identifying opportunities, sharing insights, and helping to implement best practices that enhance speed, quality, and candidate experience.
- Ensure recruitment efforts are aligned with company growth goals and key talent acquisition metrics.
- Track and analyze recruitment data to generate insights, measure effectiveness, and support data-driven decision-making.

What we expect of you:

- At least 1 year of experience in a Talent Acquisition Partner or similar, with hands-on tech recruitment experience.
- Strong enthusiasm for recruitment and a genuine desire to grow in the talent acquisition field.
- Openness to feedback, a growth mindset, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with professional proficiency in both English and Lithuanian.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively as part of a team, contributing to shared hiring goals.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.

Office location: Saltoniškių g. 9B, Vilnius.

Salary

We appreciate everyone's efforts and experiences, so we offer an attractive salary matching your skillset and field expertise. The salary for this position ranges from 15 Eur/h up to 20 Eur/h (~2500 Eur—3337 Eur) pre-tax, depending on your experience and expertise, with the option to get bonuses.
