Job Title: Recruiting Coordinator Job Description The Recruiting Coordinator works closely with a team of recruiters in a fast-paced operations recruiting organization. This role serves as an integral partner in managing end-to-end recruiting activities and building strong candidate relationships, often providing candidates with their first impression of the organization. The Recruiting Coordinator handles complex scheduling, maintains accurate candidate and job data, and supports a seamless interview process. Responsibilities
- Schedule interviews and phone screens by working directly with candidates and hiring teams, ensuring all parties receive accurate and timely information.
- Arrange travel logistics for visiting candidates when needed, coordinating details to support a smooth interview experience.
- Update candidate records and job postings in applicant tracking and recruiting systems to maintain accurate and current information.
- Confirm new hires in recruiting systems and ensure all related documentation and status updates are completed promptly.
- Provide follow-up correspondence to candidates regarding their recruiting status through phone and email in a professional and timely manner.
- Track recruiting activities and compile candidate status information into a clear weekly report for stakeholders.
- Coordinate post-interview debrief meetings, including scheduling participants and preparing and distributing debrief materials.
- Identify opportunities to improve the candidate experience, focusing on clearer communication, smoother scheduling, and more efficient processes.
- Identify ways to enhance scheduling efficiency, including refining workflows and leveraging tools and systems more effectively.
- Assist in the coordination and execution of other recruiting activities as needed, such as events, special projects, or process improvements.
- Collaborate with internal partners and external candidates while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail in all administrative and coordination tasks to ensure accuracy and reliability of recruiting operations.
Essential Skills
- At least 1 year of experience as a recruiting coordinator or in a coordination-focused role supporting recruiting or similar operations.
- Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for document creation, data tracking, and presentation support.
- Bachelors degree.
- Strong written communication skills for clear, professional emails, documentation, and candidate correspondence.
- Strong verbal communication skills for interacting with candidates, hiring teams, and internal stakeholders.
- Demonstrated administrative and organizational skills, including managing multiple tasks and priorities.
- Experience with scheduling interviews and meetings, including complex calendars and multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment while maintaining accuracy and composure.
- Customer service mindset with the ability to support candidates and internal partners courteously and professionally.
- High attention to detail in data entry, scheduling, and documentation.
- Experience working with or around applicant tracking systems (ATS) or similar recruiting tools.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
