Job Title: Recruiter Job Description This role serves as a strategic hiring expert and trusted partner to hiring managers and business unit leaders, managing the full recruitment lifecycle for a variety of technical and non-technical positions. The recruiter collaborates closely with stakeholders to define role requirements and ideal candidate profiles, builds and nurtures a diverse talent pipeline globally, and guides candidates through the hiring process from initial contact to offer acceptance. The position requires working New Zealandaligned hours while supporting high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment and leveraging an applicant tracking system to drive continuous improvement in recruiting activities. Responsibilities

- Act as a strategic hiring partner to hiring managers and business unit leaders, providing expertise and guidance throughout the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to clarify role requirements, expectations, and the qualities of an ideal candidate for each open position.
- Manage the full recruiting lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, candidate feedback, and extending offers.
- Screen candidates for open roles and prepare them for each stage of the interview process, ensuring a positive and professional candidate experience.
- Build and maintain a diverse pipeline of talent, including passive candidates, through proactive sourcing, cold calling, phone screens, and networking.
- Recruit globally across multiple regions and time zones, tailoring approaches to different markets and talent pools.
- Utilize the applicant tracking system (Greenhouse) to track candidates, build reports, and analyze key metrics related to recruiting activities.
- Use data and insights from ATS reports and recruiting metrics to recommend and implement process improvements.
- Support engineering recruiting efforts, including roles in aerospace and technical disciplines, as needed.
- Partner with high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment to meet hiring goals and timelines.
- Communicate effectively with hiring managers at all levels, candidates, and external partners to ensure alignment and transparency throughout the hiring process.
- Source candidates for highly technical and niche roles, including specialized engineering and nonexempt positions.
- Demonstrate flexibility to work late as needed to support global recruiting and New Zealandaligned schedules.
- Contribute to a collaborative team environment by being a supportive team player and sharing best practices with colleagues.

Essential Skills

- 2 to 5 years of full-time, full-cycle recruiting experience, including managing the end-to-end hiring process.
- Experience with engineering recruiting, preferably within aerospace or related technical fields.
- Global recruiting experience, with the ability to source and engage candidates across different regions and time zones.
- Ability and willingness to work New Zealandaligned hours (Sunday through Thursday, with a start time between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m.).
- Proficiency in using an applicant tracking system, specifically Greenhouse, to manage candidates and generate reports.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with hiring managers, candidates, and external partners.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment supporting high-performing teams.
- Team-oriented mindset and willingness to work late as needed to meet hiring demands.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelors degree.
- For a Talent Acquisition Partner II level: at least 2 years of full-time, full-cycle recruiting experience and global recruiting experience.
- For a Talent Acquisition Partner I level: at least 5 years of full-time, full-cycle recruiting experience and global recruiting experience.
- 8+ years of full-time recruiting experience preferred for more advanced-level consideration.
- Agency recruiting experience and in-house recruiting experience, with the ability to operate effectively in both environments.
- Experience recruiting for high-volume nonexempt roles and engineering positions such as production, manufacturing, test, mechanical, electrical, systems, and propulsion.
- Previous experience sourcing candidates for highly technical and niche roles.
- Ability to build and maintain a diverse pipeline of talent using sourcing, cold calling, phone screening, and networking.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to partner effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Work Environment The role operates in a fast-paced, high-performance environment that supports global teams and requires flexibility in working hours. The schedule aligns with New Zealand operations, typically Sunday through Thursday, with a start time between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m., and no expectation to be in the office on Sundays. Work is heavily technology-driven, with extensive use of the Greenhouse applicant tracking system to manage candidates, track metrics, and generate reports. The recruiter collaborates closely with engineering and technical teams, particularly in aerospace and related disciplines, and may occasionally work late to accommodate global time zones and hiring needs. Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Torrance, CA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $60.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
