Description
The Technology, AI, and Analytics (TAA) team within AWS Marketing is responsible for powering our vision to become the best B2B marketing organizations by using technology to improve customer and marketer experience. TAA is looking for a Tech Business Management Lead to drive and own the overall organization’s finance and business management function. As a team leader, you will manage the overall budget, operations, and rhythm of the business. We are looking for a strong Amazonian and Manager with proven experience and track record in finance and business management that is able to lead a team of builders towards optimizing resources and processes and helping achieve business goals through data-driven decision making. This function and role serves as a critical link between executive leadership, product and engineering team, AWS Finance to ensure overall business objectives are met efficiently and effectively.
Key job responsibilities
* Manage and monitor overall AWS TAA budget and related processes including program and project financials, POs,
* Own team’s rhythm of business (ROB) mechanisms (OP1, OP2, WBR, MBR, Goal reviews, QBR) in partnership with TAA LT, Marketing S&O, and AWS Finance
* Identify, analyze, and develop mechanisms to optimize resources and operational challenges (look around corners), to drive efficiencies and speed through automation, AI, integrations, and data pipelines that reduce manual effort and give leadership real-time visibility
* Set goals and develop financial projections to guide business processes
* Track financial data against established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
* Serve as liaison between executive leadership, stakeholders, and department heads
* Lead, hire, and develop a team of builders responsible for day-to-day business management like POs, headcounts, SOWs, project financials

Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
Preferred Qualifications
- 4+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
- Knowledge of general AI tools
- Experience designing, implementing, and scaling upskilling, apprenticeship, or workforce development programs across large-scale operations or corporate environments, including forecasting workforce needs and leveraging analytics to drive program decisions

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
