The Opportunity

As a Business Operations Apprentice you will be responsible for many activities including sales support, deal desk, maintenance renewal, and collections, which require administrative tasks and routines, such as generating and organizing excel sheets, help on follow up with different stakeholders and administrative support in general. You must possess the desire and ability to work well in a fast-paced and complex environment where taking ownership and initiative is the foundation for success.

What you´ll contribute

- Support the LAC teams on their demands following established processes.
- Comply to and facilitate adoption of global processes.
- Be able to navigate through FICO different internal groups to get things done (sales, pre-sales, CSM, support, product, finance, accounting, etc.).
- Create a collaborative working environment with other FICO teams.
- Build relationships with a broad spectrum of stakeholders from senior executive to sales support. Leveraging these relationships effectively to validate assumptions, acquire useful information, negotiate among competing objectives, resolve issues, manage change, agree to direction and achieve consensus.

What We’re Seeking

- High language proficiency in Portuguese and English; Spanish is a plus.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and other Microsoft business productivity applications.
- Excellent organizational skills, priority setting, timing and flexibility.
- Able to multitask with rapidly changing priorities and to manage multiple tasks in a fast, dynamic environment.
- Highly self-motivated and current on technology trends.
- Curiosity to learn and grow your skills.
