Human Resources Administrator (Bilingual English/Spanish)
About the Role
We are seeking a bilingual Human Resources Administrator to serve as a key liaison between employees, operations, and management. This role combines HR administration, employee relations, and operational support responsibilities to ensure effective communication, positive employee engagement, and efficient day-to-day business operations. The ideal candidate is fluent in both English and Spanish, highly organized, and passionate about supporting employees while fostering a collaborative and inclusive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources & Employee Relations
- Serve as a primary point of contact for employee questions, concerns, and workplace-related matters.
- Support employee relations efforts by facilitating communication between employees, supervisors, and HR.
- Assist with incident reporting, attendance tracking, performance documentation, and employee record maintenance.
- Help drive employee engagement initiatives that promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive personnel and operational information.
- Support onboarding activities, employee orientations, and HR administrative processes.
Operations & Administrative Support
- Provide administrative support to operations and production leadership teams.
- Coordinate scheduling, logistics, documentation, and reporting to support daily business operations.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely completion of administrative tasks.
- Support payroll-related processes and workforce documentation as needed.
- Adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced operational environment.
Training, Communication & Translation
- Coordinate and support employee training programs, orientations, and safety meetings.
- Translate verbal and written communications between English and Spanish.
- Assist with the creation and distribution of company announcements, policies, training materials, and employee communications.
- Act as a bridge between management and employees to ensure clear communication and mutual understanding.
- Promote a culture of respect, trust, and collaboration across a diverse workforce.
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Human Resources, Operations Support, Administrative Coordination, or a related role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels of an organization.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Experience handling confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong attention to detail in documentation, reporting, and recordkeeping.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify issues and support effective resolutions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a manufacturing, production, warehouse, or service-based environment.
- Expirience supporting HR functions such as onboarding, payroll, benefits administration, or employee relations.
- Experience facilitating conflict resolution and employee communication.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and workforce management tools.
- Experience coordinating employee training, safety programs, and new hire orientations.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse teams and multicultural workforces.

Work Environment
This position operates in a fast-paced production or service environment and requires regular interaction with employees, supervisors, and HR leadership. The role includes a combination of office-based administrative work and on-the-floor employee support. Candidates should be comfortable working in a dynamic environment, translating between English and Spanish, and occasionally working overtime to support business needs.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Poway, CA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
