We are seeking a highly organized and professional Administrative Assistant to support a collaborative Legal & Corporate Affairs team. ## Key Responsibilities
### Calendar & Meeting Management (Primary Focus)
Manage complex executive and team calendars across multiple time zones. Schedule meetings and coordinate logistics with internal and external stakeholders. Prioritize requests based on changing business needs and deadlines. Ensure meeting details, agendas, and invitations are accurate and up to date. Communicate professionally regarding scheduling changes and conflicts.
### Administrative Support
Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements. Prepare and submit expense reports. Assist with business operations and administrative processes. Support compliance with organizational policies and procedures. Process approvals and administrative requests for team members. Maintain confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
### Team & Event Support
Assist with team meetings, off-sites, all-hands events, and morale-building activities. Coordinate room reservations, catering, and event logistics. Order office supplies, equipment, and other business resources. Support workspace and facilities-related requests. Help create and update presentations and other business materials as needed. Contribute to a positive and professional team environment.

## Required Qualifications
2-4 years of experience in an administrative, customer-facing, or office support role. Strong customer service mindset and professionalism. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including professional email correspondence. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information. Comfortable learning and using business applications and technology tools. Ability to collaborate effectively with individuals at all levels of an organization.
## Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred but not required. Experience supporting leaders, teams, or business functions in a corporate environment. Experience coordinating travel and processing expenses. Proficiency with Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and related productivity tools.

Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Redmond, WA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $28.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
