About ZKTeco WFM
ZKTeco WFM is The Workforce Data Collection Company.
We provide enterprise time clocks, workforce data collection applications, cloud technology, APIs, integration tools, and services that help workforce management, HCM, payroll, and time and attendance software companies deliver complete workforce solutions to their customers.
Our software partner business is built on long-term relationships. We support partners throughout their lifecycle, including product selection, integration, forecasting, ordering, deployment, inventory planning, support, and ongoing growth.
The Complete Time Clock Technology Partner.
Build Less. Offer More. Grow Faster.
About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized and customer-focused Partner Account & Sales Support Specialist to support our established software partners and manage day-to-day sales transactions and follow-up.
This is not a high-pressure sales or cold-calling position.
Your primary responsibility is to make it easy for our partners to do business with ZKTeco WFM. You will maintain relationships with assigned partners, understand their needs and upcoming demand, support forecasts and inventory planning, process estimates and sales orders, track fulfillment, and make sure both the partner and our internal teams stay informed.
You will work closely with our Head of Engagement & Growth and coordinate with Operations, Logistics, Finance, Product, Integration, and Support.
This aligns directly with our Partner Sales operating model, where Partner Sales Support owns transaction execution, forecast consolidation, estimates, sales orders, fulfillment follow-through, and routine customer order communication.
Key Responsibilities
·        Maintain strong relationships with assigned software partners, serve as a responsive day-to-day contact, and understand upcoming deployments, product requirements, forecasts, and inventory needs
·        Prepare accurate estimates and sales orders, then track each order through inventory allocation, fulfillment, shipment, delivery, invoicing, and closure
·        Proactively communicate order status, availability, lead times, delays, backorders, and exceptions while escalating issues that could affect a partner relationship or commitment
·        Consolidate partner forecasts, maintain visibility into future demand, and coordinate with Operations, Logistics, Finance, Product, Integration, and Support
·        Follow up on partner and internal action items, and maintain accurate partner, forecast, opportunity, transaction, and communication records in Zoho CRM
·        Support partner onboarding, QBR preparation, integration coordination, and follow-up while identifying additional partner needs and communicating potential opportunities to the Head of Engagement & Growth
The role is specifically expected to monitor progress and communication while the appropriate functional departments remain responsible for performing their assigned work.
What We're Looking For
·        2–4 years of experience in sales support, account coordination, customer success, order management, inside sales support, or B2B customer service
·        Excellent organization and follow-through
·        Strong written and verbal communication skills
·        Comfortable building ongoing relationships with business customers
·        Strong attention to detail and accuracy
·        Ability to coordinate effectively across multiple departments
·        Comfortable working with forecasts, estimates, orders, inventory, and customer records
·        Experience with CRM, ERP, or business systems
·        Zoho CRM experience is a plus
·        Technology, SaaS, hardware, HCM, WFM, payroll, or time and attendance experience is a plus
What Success Looks Like
This role is about execution, communication, and partner support—not aggressive selling.
Success means partners receive timely responses, forecasts stay current, orders are accurate, inventory requirements are visible, commitments are followed through, CRM information is current, and partners always know the status of important requests.
Compensation & Benefits
·        $50,000 annual base salary
·        Performance bonus opportunity up to 20% of base salary
·        Company profit sharing
·        Health insurance options
·        Paid time off and company holidays
·        Professional development and growth opportunities
The performance bonus is based primarily on execution and operational performance, including transaction accuracy, timely order processing, partner communication, forecast administration, follow-up, CRM accuracy, and overall partner support—not an individual sales quota.
At maximum performance, the 20% bonus provides an additional combined performance bonus and profit-sharing opportunity of up to $10,000, for total annual cash compensation of up to $60,000.
Why Join ZKTeco WFM?
This is an opportunity to build a career in partner account management while working directly with established workforce technology companies.
You will gain experience across partner relationships, workforce technology, hardware and software solutions, forecasting, inventory planning, order management, integrations, and business operations—without the pressure of a traditional quota-driven sales position.
