Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Commercial Cleaner / Cleaning Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing general janitorial duties across designated commercial facilities. You will play a crucial role in maintaining high sanitation standards, ensuring client satisfaction, and creating safe environments for employees and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Surface Cleaning & Sanitation: Dust, wipe, and sanitize high-touch surfaces, desks, tables, counters, and office equipment.
- Floor Care Maintenance: Sweep, mop, and vacuum carpeted and hard-surface floor areas throughout the facility.
- Restroom Maintenance: Deep clean, sanitize, and restock supplies in all restrooms, breakrooms, and kitchen areas.
- Trash & Waste Removal: Empty waste receptacles, replace liners, and transport trash to designated disposal areas.
- Facility Security: Ensure designated doors, windows, and entryways are secured upon completing shifts.
- Inventory Monitoring: Track cleaning chemical levels and supplies, notifying supervisors when reordering is necessary.
Qualifications & Expectations
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team with minimal direct supervision.
- Physical capability to bend, lift, reach, push, and stand for extended periods.
- Punctual, reliable, and possess dependable transportation to and from job locations.
- Background check and drug screening may be required prior to placement.
