POSITION OVERVIEW
We are currently seeking a dependable, motivated Janitorial Support Tech to join our growing field operations team. In this dynamic role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring seamless daily operations across multiple customer sites. As a Support Tech, your main focus will be filling coverage gaps, executing specialized deep-cleaning assignments, assisting on-site leads during peak workloads, and maintaining strict sanitation standards across all assigned accounts.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform comprehensive commercial cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, trash removal, and restroom sanitization.
- Travel between designated client locations within your region to provide flexible, on-demand staffing coverage.
- Operate specialized commercial cleaning equipment safely and efficiently (e.g., floor scrubbers, buffer machines, carpet extractors).
- Monitor cleaning supplies inventory at field sites and report reorder needs to the Area Manager.
- Inspect completed spaces to verify adherence to Clean Team's strict quality assurance guidelines.
- Respond promptly to urgent cleaning requests or special project tasks assigned by leadership.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- Time Management: Demonstrated ability to prioritize duties efficiently and complete assigned task lists without direct, on-site supervision.
- Reliability: Consistent attendance, punctual daily habits, and reliable personal transportation to navigate between site assignments.
- Physical Capability: Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, lift up to 35-50 lbs, and comfortably perform routine physical tasks throughout your shift.
- Positive Mindset: A proactive, constructive attitude focused on team success, adaptability, and customer-first service excellence.
