Key Responsibilities
As an essential member of our facility services team, you will keep designated commercial sites clean, hygienic, and welcoming. Your primary daily tasks will include:
- Disinfection & Hygiene: Thoroughly sanitize and clean restrooms, break areas, kitchenettes, and high-touch surfaces across the facility to maintain proper health standards.
- Surface & Floor Maintenance: Dust office fixtures, wipe down surfaces, sweep, mop hard surface flooring, and complete detailed vacuuming in carpeted office spaces and hallways.
- Waste Handling: Safely empty trash containers and recycling bins, replace liners, and ensure disposal areas remain orderly and sanitary.
- Facility Supplies: Inspect and restock essential supplies daily, including paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, and sanitizer dispensers.
- Communication & Care: Monitor cleaning supply levels and promptly notify your site supervisor of any required inventory reorders or facility maintenance needs.
What You Need to Succeed
No prior janitorial or custodial experience is necessary! We value reliability, a strong work ethic, and a positive mindset above all else, providing complete hands-on training to set you up for success.
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Transportation: Must have reliable personal transportation to travel to assigned accounts in Saginaw.
- Skillset: Strong attention to detail, excellent time management, and the ability to work productively without constant supervision.
- Physical Capability: Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and complete light lifting comfortably throughout your assigned shift.
