About this role

Clinical Research Supervisor Required Qualifications

- Must have a minimum of 2 years of clinical research supervisory/management experience
- Must have Oncology clinical research experience
- Thorough understanding of clinical trial regulations, GCP guidelines, and research compliance requirements.
- Professional certification such as: Certified Clinical Research Coordinator (CCRC)
- ACRP Certification

- Bachelor's degree in healthcare, life sciences, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and support clinical research personnel involved in Phase I oncology studies.
- Manage the execution of first-in-human and early-phase oncology clinical trials.
- Ensure compliance with study protocols, Good Clinical Practice (GCP), institutional policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate closely with Principal Investigators, sponsors, research staff, and multidisciplinary clinical teams.
- Monitor study progress, enrollment goals, data quality, and participant safety.
- Oversee research operations, workflow efficiency, and resource allocation.
- Assist in training, mentoring, and performance management of clinical research staff.
- Facilitate successful study start-up, activation, monitoring visits, and closeout activities.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance research operations and patient experience
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Long Beach, CA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $140000.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
