About this role

Growth Technology is the commercialization platform team for Intuit's Consumer Group (powering TurboTax and Credit Karma). This role focuses on Credit Karma's paid marketing tech stack — signals, audiences, attribution, MMP, CDP, pipelines, BigQuery, and AI-native tooling — partnering closely with Credit Karma's growth marketing team on experiment design, channel sequencing, budget scaling decisions, and ROAS analysis.

About the Role

As the Senior Growth Technology Manager for AdTech, you will serve as the technical architect for understanding how Credit Karma's paid marketing signals and audiences work — shipping pipeline changes and building the tools to allow paid media team make buying decisions faster. You will carry deep expertise in buying and optimizing paid media, including signals, audiences, attribution, MMP, CDP, experiment design, and channel sequencing.

You are primarily responsible for direct, measurable ownership in ROAS efficiency with significant influence over paid media tech roadmap, and for ensuring we have the strongest signals with ad platform partners (Google, Meta, Snap, TikTok) and MMP partners like Kochava. This is a strategic, build-oriented, and hands-on technical role: you will serve as the technical point of contact in live, revenue-impacting incidents with ad platform partners.

Responsibilities

- Signal & Audience Strategy: Architect signal and audience strategy across the paid stack, own conversion integrity end-to-end, and diagnose attribution issues at the architecture level. Lead real-time, revenue-impacting incident response — quantifying dollar impact and troubleshooting directly with Google, Meta, and Snap.
- Experiment Design & Scaling: Design and run paid marketing experiments end-to-end (hypothesis, test/control, budget parity, results analysis) and turn outcomes into scaling decisions, in partnership with channel owners.
- MMP & Pipeline Architecture: Own MMP strategy and operation (postback mapping, deep-link strategy, attribution matching), and set the data flow standards connecting BigQuery, pipeline configs, the CDP, and ad platforms — shipping the underlying pipeline code yourself when needed. Define partner onboarding requirements and advise on tag management architecture.
- AI-Native Tooling & Agentic Solutions: Build and ship internal AI tooling and agentic automation for the marketing org — pipeline health monitoring, ticket triage, tag health monitoring, and performance reporting — by independently scoping requirements from ambiguous problems to shipped solutions.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Build the process to run without escalation, and own the metrics to measure team health.

Qualifications

- Experience: 6+ years in marketing technology, growth marketing, or a related quantitative/technical role, with ownership of technical systems — not just execution against them.
- Data & pipelines: Advanced SQL/Python and hands-on experience architecting audience and conversion data pipelines in BigQuery or an equivalent cloud data warehouse.
- MMP expertise: Hands-on experience with a mobile measurement platform (Kochava, Branch, AppsFlyer, or equivalent), including attribution configuration, postback mapping, and platform migration.
- Signal & CDP architecture: Experience architecting audience and conversion signal delivery across ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Snap) and a CDP (Segment or equivalent).
- Agentic/AI delivery: Has shipped at least one production AI or agentic automation tool (not just a prototype), including driving requirements from an ambiguous problem to a working solution.
- Tag management: Hands-on Google Tag Manager experience (client- and server-side) and container governance.
- Experimentation track record: Has designed and run structured marketing experiments (test/control, budget parity) that led to real scaling decisions.
- Paid media scale: >$500M/year in aggregate paid media spend managed or directly influenced across platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, Snap), with fluency in budget allocation, pacing, and ROAS trade-offs at that scale.
