Lockheed Martin Aeronautics is seeking a full-time Systems Engineer Asc. In this role, you will be responsible for the following:

• Perform system integration, test and troubleshooting of various hardware/software configurations

• Installing of equipment in server racks and updating of the Lab(s) inventory

• Design and integrate hardware equipment for the Systems Integration Labs (SIL)

• Establish Hardware-In-The-Loop (HWIL)/Closed-Loop development and testing in the Systems Integration Lab (SIL)

• Interface with software developers and systems engineers in support of verification activities

• Product integration, regression, and verification testing including checkout in system test labs.

• Integrating hardware from sub-system teams, interface with other elements, and the system and segment level teams

• Apply the principles of engineering to design components and systems using applicable standards and specifications

• Maintain design documentation and follow configuration management requirements.

The successful candidate will have experience and/or knowledge of system integration lab environment. Must be a US Citizen; this position will require a government security clearance. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

Performs technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for total systems. Analyses are performed at all levels of total system product to include: concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance and disposal. Ensures the logical and systematic conversion of customer or product requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints. Performs functional analysis, timeline analysis, detail trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications. For positions that perform IT responsibilities, use E646, Systems Engr-IT.

Basic Qualifications

\- Bachelors degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, or Software Engineering

\- Must be a US Citizen; this position will require a government security clearance. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $65500.00 - $121700.00
