The Opportunity
CACI is seeking a Program Management Lead to coordinate contractor performance across the Global Operational Support and Threat (GOST) and Technical Information and Insight (TI2) branches of the GOSIIT Task Order. The lead will serve as CACI’s primary point of contact for these branch functions, integrate work across technical teams and subcontractors, and coordinate a geographically dispersed workforce supporting U.S. Army DEVCOM C5ISR Center missions. The role works closely with Government stakeholders and overall GOSIIT program leadership to track performance, address execution challenges, and support effective delivery.
This position is designated as Key Personnel under the Task Order. The selected candidate must provide a signed Letter of Commitment and be available for assignment in accordance with Task Order requirements.
Responsibilities:
Serve as CACI’s primary point of contact for contractor performance across GOST and TI2 branch functions, coordinating with the overall GOSIIT Program Manager and Government stakeholders.
Coordinate GOST and TI2 personnel, subcontractors, and technical teams supporting geographically dispersed and international activities.
Coordinate with Government stakeholders to support development, refinement, and implementation of GOST and TI2 business processes.
Coordinate GOST support activities that may include mobile training team preparation, counter-remotely piloted aircraft activities, red-threat activities, remotely piloted aircraft operator support, vulnerability and threat assessments, and mission assurance.
Coordinate TI2 support activities that may include commercial threat technology and supply-chain analysis, weapons technical intelligence analysis, and predictive assessments of emerging threat technologies.
Analyze customer requirements and coordinate the development of technical approaches that address mission needs.
Work with CACI leadership, subcontractors, technical teams, and Intelligence Community stakeholders to resolve programmatic and technical issues.
Monitor execution, identify emerging obstacles, and recommend practical solutions that improve delivery and efficiency.
Use corporate reach-back, subject-matter experts, and community resources to address program and technical challenges.
Prepare and support program updates, briefings, reports, meetings, schedules, risk tracking, and action-item follow-up.
Develop and maintain program-management materials, including project plans, schedules, risk information, communications processes, and task-specific plans.
Support program reviews, technical discussions, and performance reporting.
Coordinate compliance with applicable Government training, security, information assurance, and operational requirements.
Perform other duties consistent with the role and Task Order requirements.
Required Qualifications:
At least 10 years of experience in Department of Defense program management supporting the U.S. military or other Government agencies.
Experience coordinating complex teams, projects, or operations across multiple locations; experience with a globally dispersed workforce is strongly preferred.
Demonstrated understanding of international business requirements and procedures.
Active TS//SCI security clearance.
Ability to serve as the contractor’s primary point of contact for GOST and TI2 branch functions and coordinate effectively with Government customers and contractor teams.
Ability to work at the Government site at Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland, and travel occasionally to CONUS and OCONUS locations.
Strong written, verbal, organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to coordinate multiple technical and operational teams and manage competing priorities.
Desired Qualifications:
12 or more years of experience managing or coordinating a globally dispersed workforce.
Experience supporting the Intelligence Community and multiple intelligence disciplines, such as SIGINT, IMINT, TECHINT, GEO

Pay Range :
There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
$105,100 - 231,100 USD
