We are looking for a Project Admin to join our team in Thailand, working from the Bangkok Office. The core purpose for this position is to maintain critical land/government contracts, track project milestones, track development budgets, and support daily administrative workflows

Job Description

- Review, re-verify, and archive all land and government-related contracts (e.g., LRA, LLR/LLA, land agreements) into the central system, maintaining proper filing in both physical and electronic formats
- Maintain and systematically organize all land and government-related data and documentation across project portfolios in Thailand.
- Collect, compile, and prepare key documents and data required to support core operations and activities for the Development Department.
- Coordinate with internal departments to streamline and facilitate the overall development workflow.
- Track, record, and report project progress, including land securement status, SAO (Subdistrict Administrative Organization) processes, and public hearing outcomes.
- Design and maintain standardized Excel reporting templates to streamline land data tracking and enhance team operational efficiency.
- Track monthly project expenses to assist in budget monitoring, while supporting project vendors and reviewing/comparing vendor reports.
- Assist the Head of Project Admin in managing Development Team communications, business travel arrangements, and itinerary planning.
- Perform additional administrative and ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management to support team operations.

Required Skills and Competencies

Qualifications/Education:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Public Administration, or a related field.

- 1–3 years of experience as a Project Admin, Coordinator, or Legal Admin (Experience in real estate, land securement, or renewable energy sectors is a major plus)

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel

- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail in document control and verification

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and site personnel

Languages/Level: Good command of written and spoken English
