What You'll Do

The SEA Client Development Senior Lead works closely with BCG leadership to establish relationships with government-related clients, including but not limited to follow-up activities, managing seminars and workshops, and distribution to clients. The role drives proposal development and the contracting and invoicing process, e.g., participating in Aanwijzing, follow-up activities, and RFP submission.

The duties and responsibilities are as follows but not limited to:

- Manage government & SoE accounts, manage workshops, seminars, follow-up activities, inquiries, and potential project leads, all the way to contract signing.
- Act as the central point of contact and play a key role in engaging with potential clients, understand clients' needs and goals, and ultimately deliver a high-quality response that complies with the procedures in place.
- Assess RFI, RFQ, and RFPs; address initial technical and commercial questions; and facilitate multi-disciplined internal groups in brainstorming to understand the global network's capabilities, credentials, and winning proposition. Meet various directorates within the Ministries and SoEs, arrange more detailed technical meetings (when needed), and ensure a solid proposal submission according to the Ministry's LPSE and SOE's eProc requirements.
- Work closely with the consulting team to shape, publish, and market a whitepaper, including but not limited to concept planning, work plan, event launch, press and media engagement, social media campaign, and distribution to clients.
- Drive and coordinate the end-to-end commercial process, including coordinating tender requirements, contract preparation, execution and invoicing.
- Partner with Legal, Risk, and Finance teams to ensure proposals, contracting, and client onboarding activities comply with internal policies and relevant public-sector / SOE requirements.

What You'll Bring

- Bachelor's degree
- Ideally, a minimum of 10 years of work experience gained in a professional services environment
- Able to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, service-oriented environment
- Team player yet able to work independently, with demonstrated ability to be flexible, responsive, and to take initiative
- Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills — able to work effectively with all levels of staff
- Independently navigates ambiguous client and operational issues, exercises sound judgment, and drives issues through to resolution with limited guidance
- Influences and coordinates senior internal and external stakeholders to drive timely decisions and successful client outcomes
- Conveys a strong, positive personal and professional image with excellent standards of professional behavior and ethics
- Strong organizational skills; ability to set priorities; displays attention to detail and is tenacious with follow-ups
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Consistently handles situations with tact and patience, and able to work well under pressure
- Highly motivated, energetic, and resourceful
- Strong customer service orientation — responds to customers' needs with a sense of urgency and a “How can I help” mindset
- Able to work beyond normal office hours (sometimes weekends) during peak periods
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills, especially in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
