About this role
Job Requisition ID: 42024
- Help shape and deliver a risk-based compliance monitoring and assurance program across Deloitte's Conduct & Compliance portfolio, with deep exposure to AML/CTF controls, thematic reviews and firm-wide conduct risk.
- Tackle big issues like cyber, trust, resilience and digital transformation
- Mentoring, coaching and leadership programs to help you make an impact that matters
Join Deloitte's Conduct & Compliance team as a Senior Analyst and help strengthen the controls, monitoring and assurance activity that protects our firm and supports confident decision-making.
What will your typical day look like?
This role will see you plan and execute compliance monitoring reviews from end to end - from scoping, test design and sampling through to evidence evaluation, findings and reporting. A strong part of your focus will sit in AML/CTF monitoring, while also contributing across areas like AFSL obligations, anti-bribery and corruption, sanctions and export controls, modern slavery, complaints handling and broader conduct risk.
Using data analysis, professional scepticism and targeted thematic reviews, you'll identify exceptions, emerging risks and control gaps, then assess whether controls are designed well and operating effectively. The work is detailed and evidence-led, with a clear line between obligations, risks, controls, findings and remediation actions.
Working closely with control owners, subject-matter experts and leadership, you'll help agree practical actions, track progress and validate completion. You'll also contribute to a collaborative, quality-focused team environment, with opportunities to support and coach others as the team continues to build its capability.
