Boddington is a flagship Newmont gold and copper operation in Western Australia, located about 130 kilometres south-east of Perth and 16 kilometres from the rural town of Boddington. Your Impact
As an Asset Integrity Planner, you'll play a critical role in planning, scheduling and coordinating Asset Integrity activities across Boddington Gold Mine. Your expertise will support the safe and efficient execution of inspection programs, remediation works, shutdown activities and long-term integrity campaigns, ensuring Asset Integrity risks are effectively managed and work is delivered in line with site priorities and compliance requirements.
As Part of Our Team, You Will
- Develop and maintain detailed Asset Integrity work plans and schedules for inspection, remediation, shutdown and campaign activities.
- Coordinate labour, contractors, materials and enabling services to ensure work is executable, resourced and delivered safely.
- Prepare high-quality work packs and support execution readiness for shutdowns, tank refurbishment campaigns and major remediation programs.
- Represent Asset Integrity in planning, scheduling and work commitment forums, ensuring alignment with site priorities and operational requirements.
- Maintain SAP work management data, monitor planning constraints and drive continuous improvement in planning and scheduling processes.
Prerequisites for Success in This Role
- Demonstrated planning and scheduling experience within a mining, processing, maintenance or heavy industrial environment.
- Experience using SAP or similar maintenance management systems to support planning, work management and scheduling activities.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively across operations, maintenance, engineering and contractor teams.
- Experience coordinating shutdowns, contractor-delivered work and multiple concurrent work fronts in a dynamic operational environment.
- Strong organisational, problem-solving and prioritisation skills, with the ability to adapt to changing work scopes and operational requirements.
Your Work Environment
This role is based at Boddington Gold Mine and is offered on a 5/2, 4/3 roster. Reporting to the Asset Integrity Supervisor, you will work as part of the Asset Integrity team and collaborate closely with Operations, Maintenance, Engineers, Supply Chain and contractor partners to support the safe execution of inspection, shutdown and remediation activities across the site.
