VOTRE RÔLE

Nous recherchons un ingénieur logiciel embarqué expérimenté et polyvalent, chef de projet , pour rejoindre notre équipe. Dans ce rôle, vous piloterez les activités de développement firmware, coordonnerez l’exécution technique, encadrerez des membres d’une équipe fonctionnelle et jouerez un rôle d’interface technique clé avec le client. Vous aurez également un rôle de facilitateur entre les équipes internes afin d’assurer une collaboration fluide et la réussite des projets.

Principales responsabilités

- Piloter la conception et le développement de firmware embarqué pour des systèmes complexes.
- Conduire l’exécution, la planification et la livraison du projet en coordination avec les parties prenantes internes et externes.
- Apporter une solide expertise pratique en développement C bas niveau pour des plateformes embarquées.
- Développer et maintenir des frameworks de test en Python pour soutenir les activités de validation et d’automatisation.
- Contribuer aux activités de vérification et en assurer le suivi en collaboration avec les équipes de vérification.
- Encadrer une équipe fonctionnelle, en veillant à l’alignement sur les priorités techniques, l’avancement et les livrables.
- Agir en tant que facilitateur entre les équipes internes afin de favoriser une communication efficace, lever les blocages et soutenir une exécution fluide du projet.
- Travailler directement avec les clients pour comprendre les besoins, clarifier les exigences techniques et garantir la réussite de l’exécution du projet.
- Soutenir la résolution des problèmes, les revues techniques et l’amélioration continue sur l’ensemble des flux de développement et de vérification.

Compétences et expérience requises

- Expérience avérée en développement logiciel embarqué .
- Solide maîtrise de la programmation C bas niveau .
- Expérience pratique du développement de tests et de l’automatisation en Python.
- Expérience démontrée en gestion de projet ou en coordination technique de projet.
- Expérience dans l’encadrement ou le pilotage d’une équipe d’ingénierie fonctionnelle.
- Excellentes compétences en communication avec les clients.
- Capacité à jouer un rôle de connecteur et de facilitateur entre plusieurs équipes internes.
- Capacité à travailler dans un environnement structuré, collaboratif et international.
- Maîtrise professionnelle de l’anglais.

YOUR ROLE

We are looking for an experienced and versatile embedded software engineer, project leader to join our team. In this role, you will lead firmware development activities, coordinate technical execution, manage functional team members, and act as a key technical interface with the customer. You will also play a facilitation role between internal teams to ensure smooth collaboration and successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design and development of embedded firmware for complex systems.
- Drive project execution, planning, and delivery in coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide strong hands-on expertise in low-level C development for embedded platforms.
- Develop and maintain Python-based test frameworks to support validation and automation activities.
- Contribute to and oversee verification efforts in collaboration with verification teams.
- Manage a functional team, ensuring alignment on technical priorities, progress, and deliverables.
- Act as a facilitator between internal teams to promote effective communication, resolve blockers, and support smooth project execution.
- Work directly with customers to understand requirements, clarify technical needs, and ensure successful project execution.
- Support issue resolution, technical reviews, and continuous improvement across development and verification flows.

Required Skills and Experience

- Proven experience in embedded software development .
- Strong proficiency in low-level C programming .
- Practical experience in Python test development and automation.
- Demonstrated experience in project management or technical project coordination.
- Experience managing or leading a functional engineering team.
- Strong customer-facing communication skills.
- Ability to act as a connector and facilitator across multiple internal teams.
- Ability to work in a structured, collaborative, and international environment.
- English business proficiency
