Job Purpose

We are seeking a highly qualified Technical Specialist in Artificial Intelligence to support innovation activities and technical development within the organization.

The incumbent will contribute to the design, development, validation, and integration of AI-based solutions in an industrial and technological environment, ensuring consistency with company standards, engineering practices, and quality requirements.

The position requires a solid technical background, a structured and analytical mindset, and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional and international teams. The successful candidate will be proactive, solution-oriented, and able to contribute to both experimental and industrialized activities.

Main Responsibilities

- Develop and validate Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning solutions for technical applications
- Analyze functional and technical requirements and translate them into AI use cases
- Support the integration of AI models into existing systems and workflows
- Collaborate with engineering, data, and product teams to define robust and scalable solutions
- Evaluate model performance and define optimization actions
- Contribute to proof of concepts, prototypes, and industrialization phases
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures, quality standards, and best practices
- Prepare technical documentation and present results to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

- Degree in Computer Engineering, Electronics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related discipline
- Proven knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Data Analytics
- Strong programming skills in Python, C++, or similar languages
- Experience with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, or equivalent
- Good understanding of data preparation, model training, validation, and deployment
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- More than 5 years of experience

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in embedded AI, edge AI, or industrial AI solutions
- Knowledge of cloud environments and MLOps practices
- Familiarity with software development processes and version control tools
- Experience in complex international technical environments
