- Identify process improvement, automation, standardization, outsourcing, insourcing, location strategy, and service delivery opportunities that improve efficiency and reduce structural cost.

- Coordinate transition readiness activities including process documentation, knowledge transfer, service level definition, role alignment, controls, training, communications, and go-live preparation.

- Monitor program performance against key milestones, cost targets, service levels, quality expectations, risk indicators, and business adoption metrics.

- Prepare executive-level presentations, steering committee materials, decision documents, and business updates that clearly communicate progress, risks, tradeoffs, and required actions.

- Escalate issues, remove barriers, and facilitate decision-making to keep initiatives moving while protecting business continuity and customer service.

- Establish consistent program management standards, governance routines, documentation practices, and reporting cadence for shared services and transformation initiatives.

- Partner with change management and functional leaders to support stakeholder engagement, communications, training, adoption, and sustained ways of working.
