About this role
The Customer Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting the practical execution, coordination and digital enablement of EMEA customer marketing activities, campaigns, promotional programs and sales enablement tools. This role is operational and execution-focused, supporting the Customer Marketing Manager EMEA by coordinating centralized materials for promotions, digital content libraries, timelines, suppliers, purchase requests, trackers, reporting inputs and market follow-up. The role helps make the EMEA customer marketing model more scalable and efficient by enabling self-service access to approved tools, standard processes and digital assets, reducing duplication and limiting the need for local field resources where centralized execution is possible.
What you will do:
- Support the execution of EMEA customer marketing plans, sell-out campaigns, promotions and activation programs based on priorities defined by the Customer Marketing Manager.
- Coordinate day-to-day project timelines, task lists, action trackers and follow-ups to ensure customer marketing activities progress on time and with clear ownership.
- Prepare, update and maintain customer-facing materials, sales enablement tools, activation kits, customer presentations, sell-out assets and promotional documentation, in line with brand guidelines.
- Collect inputs from Sales, Product, Brand, Digital, Comms & Events and local teams to support campaign development, localization, launch support and customer activation execution.
- Maintain annual and quarterly customer marketing calendars, supporting visibility of promotions, sell-out campaigns, new product launches campaigns, customer activities and internal deadlines.
- Maintain shared customer marketing platforms, digital asset repositories, content libraries, activation toolkits and self-service resources used by sales teams and markets across EMEA.
- Coordinate the centralized distribution, localization and implementation of customer marketing assets, ensuring materials are easy to access for sales, consistent across markets and aligned with approved templates.
- Support adoption of standardized customer marketing processes, briefing templates, campaign workflows, naming conventions, trackers and reporting routines across the region.
- Support the Customer Marketing Manager EMEA in tracking purchase request and vendor coordination processes, including collecting quotations, preparing internal documentation, following up approvals, tracking invoices and maintaining supplier records.
- Track customer marketing budgets, COOP fund documentation and spend updates at operational level, ensuring information is accurate and ready for manager review and finance reporting.
- Collect campaign performance inputs, customer participation data, sales feedback and market updates to support post-activation analysis and continuous improvement recommendations. (loading data on the shared platform for the Customer Marketing Manager to have a consolidated view)
- Update dashboards, trackers, CRM, digital content platforms or reporting files as required, ensuring data quality, consistency and timely availability for the Customer Marketing Manager and sales stakeholders.
- Coordinate customer requests and ad-hoc sales support needs by gathering information, preparing draft materials and ensuring follow-up with relevant internal teams.
- Identify recurring manual activities, duplicated requests or process gaps and propose improvements that support centralization, automation, simplification and self-service execution.
- Ensure all materials and activities are executed in compliance with company policies, brand standards, finance processes, data requirements and approval workflows.
- Act as a reliable operational point of contact for customer marketing coordination topics, escalating risks, delays or prioritization conflicts to the Customer Marketing Manager.
What will make you successful:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field; equivalent practical experience may be considered.
- Experience in marketing coordination, trade marketing, customer activation, sales support, events coordination or commercial marketing support.
- Experience supporting B2B marketing projects, customer campaigns, promotional activities or sales enablement initiatives; automotive aftermarket or industrial environment preferred.
