Pre- Construction Supervisor
Division : Nucor Insulated Panel Group
Location : Waterloo, IN; Lewisville, TX; Brigham City, UT (one in each location)
Basic Job Functions:
- Build and develop the Pre-Construction team, establishing clear roles, responsibilities, expectations, and career development paths.
- Manage team workload, resource allocation, and performance to ensure exceptional customer support and responsiveness.
- Provide leadership and accountability for customer experience initiatives across project development, estimating, technical services, and customer support functions.
- Partner closely with Sales, Operations, Engineering, and other functional teams to align Customer Solutions activities with commercial objectives.
- Drive a culture focused on Speed, Expertise, Reliability, Value, and Engagement in all customer interactions.
- Support early project engagement efforts by helping customers with budgeting, technical consultation, value engineering, constructability reviews, and project development.
- Drive continuous improvement in customer experience, value creation, and relationship growth through effective communication, responsiveness, and customer engagement.
- Assist the Sales Manager in leading commercial activities and providing leadership support as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Five years’ experience in Estimating, Pre-Construction, Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management, or related fields.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams.
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Willing and able to travel as business needs require.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, estimating, scope development, and project delivery processes.
- Demonstrated ability to lead a cross-functional team
- Success in leading customer-facing teams.
- Demonstrated success improving customer satisfaction, responsiveness, or customer engagement.
