Basic Job Functions:

Nucor Steel Kingman is seeking a leader tor the position of Division Sales Manager. This Department Manager level position reports directly to the General Manager. Job duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Leadership role in promoting Nucor's Mission ensuring safety is instilled as a value, an appropriate focus on community & environmental stewardship, and a proven focus on profitability.

• Creating and executing a commercial and sales strategy for the division and the Western Bar Mill Group.

• Developing team members through building relationships, training, and individual coaching.

• Analyzing data and situations, thinking strategically, negotiating effectively, and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

• Working collaboratively within the team to motivate and inspire an entire operation as part of the Leadership Team at Nucor Steel Kingman.

Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor; therefore, candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.

Minimum Requirements:

- Five years combined commercial steel experience.

- Business Acumen - General business knowledge and an understanding of how Nucor makes money.

- Problem Solving & Judgment/Decision Making - Identifying problems, gathering and reviewing relevant information, and weighing options to make informed decisions and take effective action.

- Administration and Management - Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources systems, leadership technique, production methods, recruiting, and coordination of people and resources.

Preferences:

- Leadership experience in steel making or steel products field.

- Steelmaking Commercial, Sales or Marketing experience.

- Comprehensive knowledge of the Rebar and Rod Business.

- Four-year degree in Business or Marketing.
