What You’ll Do

As our Receptionist, you’ll help create an exceptional first impression by:

- Welcoming and assisting customers and visitors in a friendly, professional manner
- Answering incoming phone calls and directing customers to the appropriate department
- Taking messages and providing basic information
- Preparing memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents
- Assisting with administrative and clerical duties as needed
- Helping keep the dealership experience organized, professional, and welcoming

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is personable, dependable, professional, and ready to learn.

You’ll ideally have:

- One year of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Automotive dealership experience is preferred, but a passion for learning and excellent customer service are just as important
- The ability to read and understand simple instructions, correspondence, and memos
- The ability to write simple correspondence
- Basic Microsoft Office, computer, internet, and general mathematics skills
- A positive attitude and professional communication style
