About this role

The Group Facilitator will support the Director of Family Education initiatives in implementing the Incredible Years Program and Parent Support Groups in York & Adams County.

Essential Functions

- Program planning, development, and implementation of Incredible Years Program and Parent Support Groups.

- Support the development and program implementation at all site locations.

- Maintain and organize individual files for all Incredible Years Program and Parent Support Group participants.

- Provide mentorship to current and prior Participants of the Incredible Years Program and Parent Support Groups.

- Collect data required for proper evaluation of the program.

Educational and Other Requirements

- Associate's degree in education, behavioral sciences, or human services field. Bachelor's degree preferred

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in program facilitation.

- Excellent written/ oral communication and classroom management skills.

- Spanish fluency is preferred.

Work Structure

- The position is scheduled 40 hours per week. Must be able to support Afterschool program 2-3 days per week.
