- Manage the full digital offer program, including evergreen, personalized, promotional, partnership, and offers supporting internal partner requests.

- Develop the annual and monthly offer roadmap and calendar, balancing planned initiatives with emerging business needs and ad hoc requests.

- Lead digital offers from initial concept and offer development through cross-functional alignment, build, approvals, launch communications, and post-campaign performance evaluation.

- Monitor the ongoing performance of digital offers, including sales, guest engagement, and profitability.

- Develop recommendations to optimize offer constructs, pricing, purchase requirements, tiering, targeting, and other offer elements based on performance insights and business needs.

- Partner with Brand Marketing, CRM, Digital Analytics, Product, Legal, and other teams to develop and execute offers that support business and guest priorities.

- Lead test-and-learn activations to evaluate offer constructs, pricing, audience segmentation, purchase requirements, and other opportunities to influence guest behavior.

Paper Coupons

- Own the day-to-day management of the paper coupon program, including the annual and monthly calendar, coupon drop planning, offer constructs, distribution, testing, and launch readiness.

- Manage coupon distribution while balancing the annual budget, business needs, brand calendar moments, market priorities, and distribution efficiency.

- Manage day-to-day planning and execution with external vendors, including quantities, budgets, distribution plans, market tests, plus-ups, timelines, and drop coordination.

- Coordinate with the Merchandising team and agency partners on offer details, creative development, production, approvals, proofing, and launch readiness.

- Partner with Pricing, Analytics, Finance, Merchandising, Field Marketing, and other stakeholders on national and local coupon planning and execution.

- Measure coupon performance and distribution efficiency, identifying opportunities to improve sales, profitability, reach, fraud prevention, and value.

- Recommend changes to coupon offer mix, pricing, tiering, distribution, timing, and testing based on performance insights and evolving business needs.
