Job Title: HR Generalist Job Description We are seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support day-to-day HR operations for a growing production workforce. This role serves as a key resource for employees and leadership, overseeing recruiting, employee relations, benefits and leave administration, compliance, payroll coordination, and broader HR initiatives that support workforce growth and organizational change. Responsibilities

- Manage full-cycle recruiting and onboarding for hourly and salaried employees, including sourcing, interviewing, offers, and new hire orientation.
- Lead recruiting efforts for hourly and production employees, ensuring effective staffing to meet operational needs.
- Coordinate payroll inputs by collecting employee hours, managing timekeeping exceptions, obtaining approvals, and supporting payroll processing.
- Partner closely with operations leaders and production managers to support workforce planning, staffing strategies, and headcount changes.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for employee relations matters, responding to workplace concerns and supporting a positive work environment.
- Handle conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and workplace investigations in a fair and consistent manner.
- Support performance management activities, including performance reviews and coaching initiatives.
- Administer employee benefits programs and assist employees with benefit-related questions and issue resolution.
- Support leave administration, including FMLA, ADA accommodations, and workers' compensation documentation and communication.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HRIS data integrity for all HR transactions and workforce changes.
- Assist with the development, implementation, and communication of HR policies and procedures to employees and leaders.
- Generate HR reports related to hiring activity, turnover, and workforce metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
- Interpret HR policies and practices for employees and leaders and guide compliance and best practices.
- Collaborate with site leadership to influence recruiting strategies, employee relations approaches, policy development, and HR process improvements.
- Support workforce growth initiatives and organizational change by aligning HR practices with evolving business needs.

Essential Skills

- Minimum of 3 years of progressive HR Generalist experience supporting multiple HR functions.
- Demonstrated experience recruiting hourly and production employees, including sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and offer management.
- Proven ability to handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, performance management, policy interpretation, and workplace investigations.
- Experience collecting payroll inputs, managing timekeeping exceptions, obtaining approvals, and supporting payroll processing.
- Strong skills in benefits administration and leave administration, including FMLA and ADA-related processes.
- Ability to administer HR policies and procedures and ensure consistent application across the workforce.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with production leadership and hourly employees.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to maintain accurate records and HRIS data integrity.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

- Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Familiarity with Paylocity or similar HRIS and payroll systems.
- SHRM certification or similar professional HR credential.
- Bilingual capabilities in English and Spanish.
- Ability to generate and interpret HR reports related to hiring, turnover, and workforce metrics.
- Experience supporting workforce growth initiatives and organizational change.
- Capability to collaborate closely with site leadership in a high-visibility HR role.

Work Environment This role primarily supports a production facility with approximately 200 employees, with workforce changes expected in the near future. The position is based onsite in Allentown, PA, with a standard Monday through Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Onsite presence is strongly preferred, with potential flexibility for 12 remote days in the future. The HR Generalist works closely with production leadership and the hourly workforce in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, with frequent face-to-face interaction and collaboration across operations.

This is a Permanent position based out of Allentown, PA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $58000.00 - $78000.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
