## 💼 What You'll Be Doing

### 📅 Recruiting & Interview Coordination
You'll help keep high-volume recruiting activities organized and moving forward.

- Coordinate interviews and hiring program logistics
- Support scheduling across multiple business units and geographic regions
- Track candidate progress throughout the recruiting process
- Maintain accurate candidate and program documentation
- Communicate professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders
- Help ensure candidates receive a smooth, organized, and professional recruiting experience

Manage Recruiting Operations & Workflows

You'll become a go-to resource for assigned recruiting programs and operational processes.

- Manage service requests and workflows through ticketing systems
- Ensure requests are resolved within established service level agreements
- Maintain high standards for quality and data accuracy
- Coordinate activities between program managers, business partners, and cross-functional teams
- Provide guidance on program processes and systems
- Maintain accurate records within web-based tools and platforms

📊 Reporting, Data & Quality Assurance

This role isn't just about scheduling. You'll help give leadership visibility into how programs are performing by:

- Creating and maintaining operational dashboards
- Preparing monthly business review inputs
- Providing program status updates
- Tracking key performance metrics
- Conducting data validation and audits
- Completing compliance and quality checks
- Ensuring documentation is accurate, current, and accessible for reporting and decision-making

## 🎯 What We're Looking For

### Key Experience & Skills
Experience in project coordination or project management , particularly in environments involving multiple stakeholders and complex workflows Previous experience as a Recruiting Coordinator supporting high-volume hiring Experience in recruiting, HR, logistics, coordination, administration, or equivalent experience Experience with interview coordination and candidate-facing communication Proficiency with web-based tools and Microsoft products including: Outlook Excel Word SharePoint Excellent organizational and time-management skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and quickly shift priorities Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to interact professionally with internal stakeholders, external partners, and candidates Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy Ability to learn processes and systems deeply enough to serve as an operational subject matter expert

- Degree or diploma in Human Resources or a related field , or equivalent education
- Experience working in a fast-paced, rapidly changing, or international environment
- Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or other technical tracking systems

- Experience developing or maintaining operational dashboards and reports

Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Arlington, VA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $26.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
