Manufacturing Primary Responsibilities include:
Depending on your assigned department, your primary responsibilities will include: Assembly & Fabrication: Use hand tools, power tools, and basic fixtures to assemble components according to standard operating procedures. Machine Operation: Load, run, monitor, and unload automated or semi-automated production machinery safely and efficiently. Packing & Staging: Inspect, bundle, box, label, and palletize finished products to prepare them for shipping and storage. Quality Inspection: Visually check raw materials and finished parts for defects, ensuring high standards of quality before product release. Workplace Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work cell in compliance with plant safety guidelines.

Manufacturing Position Requirements include: Manufacturing Experience Required: Minimum of 1+ years of recent experience working in a manufacturing, assembly, or industrial production environment. Job Longevity Preferred: 1+ years of continuous tenure at your most recent employer is strongly preferred. Shift Flexibility: Full availability to work either 1st Shift or 2nd Shift (Monday through Friday) . Physical Capabilities: Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift up to 35–50 lbs. regularly throughout an 8-hour shift. Detail & Safety Orientation: Strong attention to detail, commitment to workplace safety, and ability to follow written and verbal work instructions. Reliability: Dependable transportation, a strong work ethic, and an outstanding track record of attendance and punctuality.
