Position Overview
CLFC Healthcare and Communications is assembling the team it will propose to Anne Arundel County Public Schools for the district's Behavioral and Mental Health Residency Model, and is selecting eight Registered Behavior Technicians for it. Team members are named in our proposal with their resumes and credentials, and positions begin on contract award.
The residency places a multidisciplinary team of two BCBAs, eight Registered Behavior Technicians and a licensed mental health provider in twelve elementary schools. The schools serve high acuity students, with and without disabilities, who show significant social, emotional, behavioral and mental health needs.
You work in your assigned elementary schools, during the school day, under the supervision of the team's BCBAs. You carry each student's plan through real routines: the classroom, the hallway, the cafeteria, recess, arrival and dismissal. Your BACB supervision comes from the team you work with every day.
