Location: Orangeville, UT Schedule: Full-Time, Onsite

About the Role

A leading mechanical construction contractor is seeking a Project Coordinator to support a large-scale industrial and energy infrastructure project in Orangeville, Utah. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent Construction Management, Engineering, or Business graduate looking to start a career in project management, or for someone with construction administration or project support experience. The Project Coordinator will work alongside Project Managers, Superintendents, subcontractors, and field teams to help keep projects organized, on schedule, and moving efficiently from planning through completion.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist Project Managers with day-to-day project coordination activities.
- Track project schedules, milestones, and deadlines.
- Support the management of RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
- Coordinate communication between office staff, field teams, subcontractors, vendors, and clients.
- Maintain organized project files, reports, and records.
- Assist with project cost tracking, budgeting, invoicing, and financial reporting.
- Coordinate material deliveries and help monitor procurement activities.
- Attend project meetings and document action items.
- Support project closeout activities and turnover documentation.

Qualifications

Required

- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, Project Management, or a related field OR equivalent construction experience.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.

Preferred

- Internship or work experience in construction, project coordination, engineering, or administration.
- Familiarity with construction drawings and specifications.
- Experience with RFIs, submittals, scheduling, or project documentation.
- Exposure to Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, Vista, or similar software.
- Mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, piping, or industrial construction experience.

Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Orangeville, UT.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $100000.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
