Key Responsibilities
- Own regional sales, revenue, profitability, and market-share targets for PC & VAS portfolio.
- Develop and execute regional channel strategy and go-to-market plans aligned with business objectives.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with distributors, partners, resellers, and key channel accounts.
- Drive partner onboarding, activation, productivity, and coverage expansion across the region.
- Ensure effective product availability, inventory planning, sell-in and sell-out through the channel.
- Drive VAS attach and penetration across PC transactions, including relevant services, solutions, warranties, and accessories.
- Identify market opportunities, competitive movements, pricing trends, and channel gaps to improve regional performance.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Service teams to ensure smooth execution of business plans.
- Lead channel programs, promotions, incentives, partner meets, and demand-generation initiatives.
- Track weekly/monthly sales performance, pipeline, inventory, forecasts, and channel productivity and take corrective actions.
- Manage channel conflicts, commercial negotiations, credit-related matters, and partner escalations.
- Build a strong pipeline of new partners and develop existing partners for higher revenue contribution.
- Mentor and guide the regional sales/channel team to achieve business objectives.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline; MBA preferred.
- 8–12 years of experience in PC/IT hardware, technology, distribution, or channel sales.
- Strong experience managing regional distributors, resellers, system integrators, and channel partners.
- Good understanding of the PC ecosystem, commercial models, distribution network, and VAS/services.
- Proven track record of achieving revenue, profitability, and market-growth targets.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, stakeholder-management, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and manage multiple stakeholders.
