The Engineer, Digital project Processes under SEA E&D Management supports the implementation and continuous improvement of the digital project processes across E&D, covering Project Process & Standards, Engineering information & Data, Digital Systems & Configurations, and Analytics, Automation & Digital Solutions.
Working closely with Engineering Disciplines, BIM/VDC and project teams, the role help translates project requirements into practical processes, structured information, system configurations, dashboards and digital solutions.
We are looking for a collaborative team player with an interest in engineering, digitalization and data, who is keen to build capabilities across these areas and contributes to more consistent, integrated and information/data-driven project delivery.
## Explore your tasks and responsibilities
- Project Processes & Standards
- Implement assigned engineering and digital project processes in accordance with EEP/BEP requirements and approved Global Standards.
- Support the development, implementation and maintenance of the Digital Project Process requirements.
- Configure and support standardized model federation, clash detection and coordination workflows for project team to performs project model coordination in accordance with these processes.
- Develop and maintain process flows and data-flow mappings where required.
- Develop and maintain user guidance materials and deliver training on the processes and data-related aspects of assigned Digital Project Processes.
- Engineering Information & Data
- Support and monitor implementation of model federation, coordination, clash management, model-quality and engineering data-quality processes.
- Maintain applicable master/reference data, configuration records, data registers and supporting documentation in accordance with approved governance requirements.
- Maintain engineering information and data structures, including data dictionaries, naming conventions, metadata and project information requirements.
- Support BIM objects development and maintenance, and perform compliance checks to ensure BIM object parameters, attributes, naming, classification and information content are in accordance with Exyte BIM standards and validated Engineering requirements.
- Coordinate information and data requirements and monitor project submissions with Engineering Disciplines and stakeholders to ensure timely, complete and accurate updates.
- Support structured information and data delivery for downstream project functions and operations.
- Perform data-quality checks, cleansing and validation against defined rules; identify discrepancies and coordinate corrective actions with relevant information/data or technical content owners.
- Support audit/compliance evidence preparation and project close-out and information handover by validating the completeness, quality and accessibility of required engineering information and data.
- Digital Systems & Configurations
- Configure and maintain project digital environments based on approved standards, baseline configurations and governance requirements.
- Support data mapping between engineering systems.
- Support Graduate Engineers and other project team members in Digital Project Processes activities where required.
- Analytics, Automation & Digital Solutions
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, engineering reports and data visualisations.
- Support the implementation of Virtual Reality (VR), Augmented Reality (AR) and other model-based digital use cases for design review, coordination and project delivery.
- Participate in digital project use cases, innovation and continuous-improvement initiatives.
- Support configuration testing, user acceptance testing, deployment and validation of digital workflows, dashboards and project digital solutions.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Built Environment, BIM/Digital Engineering, Construction Management, Data/Information Management or a related discipline preferred. Relevant diploma qualifications with demonstrated professional experience may also be considered.
- Preferably with 2-5 years of relevant experience in Digital Project Processes, engineering information/data management, BIM/VDC or a related Engineering & Design project-delivery environment.
Technical Skills
- Good understanding of multidisciplinary engineering and project-delivery processes.
- Working knowledge of BIM/VDC and model-based delivery processes.
- Working competency in Revit, Navisworks, Autodesk Forma or equivalent platforms.
- Working competency in Power BI, Power Query and Excel, with basic knowledge of DAX.
- Basic knowledge of Python for data processing and/or workflow automation.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and relational database concepts, including tables, relationships, keys and joins.
- Understanding of engineering information and data-management principles, including data dictionaries, metadata, data structures and data quality.
- Understanding of LOD/LOI, information requirements and information maturity.
- Awareness of ISO 19650 and information-management principles.
- Basic understanding of data extraction, transformation, validation and system-to-system information exchange.
- Ability to develop basic process maps and data-flow diagrams.
- Basic competency in engineering and design project digital system configuration.
- Strong analytical, logical-thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills and collaborative team player with the ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary engineering, BIM/VDC, project and Digital Project Processes teams.
- Ability to work independently on assigned Digital Project Processes scopes with appropriate guidance.
