Entity: Exentec Singapore Pte Ltd

The Quality Engineer is responsible for driving quality performance and continuous improvement across Exentec Facility Services operations in Southeast Asia. Reporting to the Global Quality Manager, the role proactively identifies quality risks, facilitates root cause investigations, leads corrective and preventive actions, and supports the implementation of effective quality management practices. The Quality Engineer works closely with Operations, Engineering, EHS, and customers to ensure compliance with company standards and contractual requirements while improving operational performance and customer satisfaction. The position requires a hands-on and energetic professional who can identify and mitigate risks, rapidly respond to issues, effectively communicate findings, and translate data into actionable improvements that deliver sustained business results across regional operations.

## Explore your tasks and responsibilities

Quality Management & Continuous Improvement

- Support the implementation and continuous improvement of quality processes and standards across Facility Services operations.
- Assist in monitoring quality performance and identifying opportunities to improve operational effectiveness and customer satisfaction.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and operational excellence.

Operational Support & Problem Solving

- Partner with Operations, Engineering, and support functions to identify risks, address issues, and improve ways of working.
- Participate in investigations and problem-solving activities to help resolve operational and customer concerns.
- Support the development and implementation of practical, sustainable improvements.

Quality Monitoring & Reporting

- Collect, analyze, and communicate quality and operational performance information.
- Prepare clear reports, presentations, and updates for management and operational teams.
- Help track key improvement actions and monitor progress against objectives.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Support

- Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, EHS, HR, and other stakeholders to achieve quality and business goals.
- Support customer interactions related to quality performance and improvement activities when required.
- Foster positive working relationships and encourage engagement across teams and sites.

Operational Excellence

- Participate in site assessments, reviews, and improvement projects.
- Support the sharing of best practices and standardized approaches across the region.
- Contribute to special projects and initiatives as assigned.
- Support quality improvement initiatives and special projects across regional operations.
- Assist with quality audits, investigations, corrective actions, and process improvement activities.
- Support preparation of quality reports, performance reviews, and management presentations.
- Respond to operational and customer quality issues as required.
- Travel regionally as needed to support audits, assessments, investigations, customer engagements, and improvement initiatives.

## Show your expertise

- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, Facilities Management, or related discipline.
- 3+ years of experience in TgCM, Quality, Operations, Facilities Management, Semiconductor, Data Center, Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences, or Critical Environment industries.
- Experience leading root cause investigations, driving corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to closure, and verifying the effectiveness and sustainability of implemented actions.
- Experience with internal audits and quality management systems.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to consistently drive quality standards and continuous improvement methodologies.

Preferred

- ISO 9001 Internal Auditor or Lead Auditor certification.
- Experience within semiconductor fabs, pharmaceutical manufacturing, data centers, or technical facility services.
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or Operational Excellence methodologies.
- Experience interacting directly with customers on quality performance matters.
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
