About this role

What You’ll Do: But not limited too

- Maintain and repair HVAC systems at Spring Oak’s properties, including air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, and ventilation equipment.

- Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections to reduce breakdowns and extend equipment life.

- Diagnose electrical, mechanical, refrigeration, and control-system problems using diagnostic tools and technical schematics.

- Repair or replace compressors, motors, thermostats, controls, and other components.

- Install and replace HVAC equipment and related components as needed.

- Communicate equipment concerns, repair recommendations, and replacement needs to Spring Oak leadership.

- Maintain accurate service and maintenance records.

- Follow applicable codes and safety procedures.

- Work respectfully around residents and staff, keeping work areas clean and minimizing disruption.

What We’re Looking For:

- Proven experience independently diagnosing, servicing, and repairing HVAC equipment.

- Strong knowledge of HVAC electrical systems, refrigeration, and mechanical components.

- Ability to read wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals.

- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to prioritize maintenance needs.

- Dependability, attention to detail, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
