La Isha is a wellness resort for mothers of newborn infants, women seeking rest and recovery, and busy mothers in need of a getaway.
We are seeking caring, dependable part-time Child Care Specialists to assist with newborn care in our nursery. Under the direction of the Executive Director or scheduled supervisor, you will help provide a safe, clean, and nurturing environment for infants while their mothers rest.

Responsibilities:

- Attend to newborns’ needs and regularly monitor their safety and well-being.

- Follow nursery routines and infant care procedures under the direction of the Executive Director or scheduled supervisor.

- Keep the nursery and equipment clean and sanitized.

- Monitor nursery supplies and communicate replenishment needs.

- Wash, sort, and organize clothing and linens used for infant care.

- Follow facility policies and protocols for infant care and guest services.

- Communicate professionally with supervisors, coworkers, and mothers.

Qualifications:

- Willingness to attend and successfully complete La Isha’s required newborn care training.

- A patient, caring approach and commitment to infant safety.

- Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions.

- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize needs.

- Dependability, honesty, and professional communication.

- A positive attitude and willingness to support the team.
