The U.S. Consumer Services Team is responsible for our suite of consumer products, services, and experiences in the U.S., including our premium, cobrand, cash back, and lending portfolios, Membership Rewards, Global Travel & Lifestyle Services, the Centurion Lounge network, our Global Dining and Resy businesses, and best-in-class marketing programs across customer, prospect, and partner channels. American Express entered the travel agency business in 1915 and today is one of the world’s largest luxury travel and lifestyle service networks. The Travel & Lifestyle Services (TLS) business provides exclusive access, differentiated value, extraordinary service, and unrivaled expertise to premium Card Members seeking leisure or business travel, as well as a variety of lifestyle services. The TLS COE (Center of Excellence) is tasked with uniting the travel and lifestyle benefits and strategic travel partner relationships globally to create structured and focused plans towards advanced Card Member engagement with Amex travel benefits.
This position is responsible for providing high-level administrative support to two Vice Presidents within the Amex Travel Global Partnership and Marketing team. It is a dynamic, fast-paced environment, and the day-to-day responsibilities require seamless collaboration across a wide range of business partners. The ideal candidate will be seasoned and experienced in handling a broad range of administrative responsibilities and able to work independently and confidently under pressure.
Beyond managing day-to-day administrative needs, the successful candidate will be a proactive and trusted partner to the leaders they support—anticipating needs, identifying opportunities to make their day-to-day work more efficient and effective, and taking initiative to solve problems before they arise. This individual will continuously look for ways to simplify processes, remove friction, and help leaders stay focused on their highest priorities. Building strong relationships, being resourceful, exercising sound judgment, and knowing how to navigate a large organization fluidly will be critical to success in this position.
