Job Description The Recruiting Coordinator works closely with a team of recruiters in a fast-paced recruiting organization to support end-to-end hiring activities and deliver an outstanding candidate experience. This role serves as an integral partner in managing recruiting logistics, maintaining accurate records, and building strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders. The position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, communicates clearly, can shift priorities at a moments notice, and is eager to broaden their experience within a top-tier recruiting function. Responsibilities

- Schedule interviews and phone screens by working directly with candidates and hiring teams, including arranging travel for visiting candidates when needed.
- Update candidate records and job postings in recruiting systems to ensure accurate and current information throughout the hiring process.
- Confirm new hires in the recruiting systems and support related administrative onboarding steps as required.
- Provide timely follow-up correspondence to candidates regarding their recruiting status via phone and email, ensuring a professional and positive experience.
- Track recruiting activities and candidate progress, and prepare weekly reports on candidate status and pipeline metrics.
- Coordinate post-interview debrief meetings, including scheduling attendees and preparing and distributing debrief materials.
- Identify opportunities to improve candidate experience and streamline scheduling and coordination processes.
- Assist with the coordination and execution of other recruiting activities and projects as needed to support the broader recruiting team.

Essential Skills

- At least 1 year of experience as a recruiting coordinator or in a similar coordination role.
- Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for documentation, reporting, and communication.
- Bachelors degree.
- Demonstrated experience in scheduling and coordinating meetings, interviews, or similar events.
- Strong administrative skills, including accurate data entry and record keeping.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills to interact professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders.

Work Environment This role operates in a fast-paced, dynamic recruiting environment that emphasizes collaboration, responsiveness, and continuous improvement. You will work closely with recruiters, hiring teams, and candidates, primarily using digital tools and recruiting systems to manage schedules, records, and communications. Standard office productivity software such as MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is used regularly for documentation, tracking, and reporting. The position requires frequent communication via email and phone, as well as participation in recurring meetings and debrief sessions. The work setting values professionalism, organization, and adaptability, with an expectation that you will handle shifting priorities and time-sensitive requests while maintaining a high level of accuracy and service.

This is a Contract position based out of Arlington, VA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $26.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
