Job Title: Recruiting Coordinator Job Description The Recruiting Coordinator works closely with a team of recruiters in a fast-paced recruiting organization, serving as an integral partner in managing recruiting activities and building strong candidate relationships. This role often provides candidates with their first impression of the organization and requires exceptional organizational skills, effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, and clear communication. The position is ideal for someone who enjoys shifting gears quickly, tackling new challenges, and contributing to the growth of a high-performing team of talented individuals while broadening their experience in a top recruiting environment. Responsibilities

- Schedule interviews and phone screens by working directly with candidates and hiring managers, including arranging travel for visiting candidates when needed.
- Update candidate records and job postings in recruiting systems, and accurately confirm new hires.
- Provide timely follow-up correspondence to candidates regarding their recruiting status via phone and email.
- Track recruiting activities and prepare weekly reports that clearly communicate candidate status and pipeline progress.
- Coordinate post-interview debrief meetings and prepare and distribute debrief materials to the appropriate stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to improve the candidate experience and enhance scheduling efficiency across the recruiting process.
- Assist in the coordination and execution of additional recruiting activities and projects as needed.

Essential Skills

- At least 1 year of experience as a recruiting coordinator or in a coordination-focused role.
- Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for documentation, tracking, and reporting.
- Bachelors degree.
- Strong scheduling skills with the ability to manage multiple interviews and appointments concurrently.
- Solid administrative and coordination skills to support a high-volume recruiting function.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for interacting with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment.

You will work closely with recruiters, hiring teams, and candidates, primarily using tools such as MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint along with recruiting systems to manage interviews, candidate data, and reporting. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $26.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
