Currin Outdoor Living is seeking a hands-on Hardscape Crew Leader to lead and work alongside a crew of 2-4 team members completing premium hardscape projects.

What You'll Do
- Lead and work alongside a hardscape crew of 2-4 team members.
- Complete daily task logs and labor-hour tracking.
- Read and interpret designs, work orders, and blueprints.
- Confirm materials for assigned projects.
- Operate mini excavators, skid steers, concrete saws, grinders, plate compactors, and related equipment.
- Drive a light-duty dump truck and follow proper trailering practices.
- Inspect and maintain equipment and trucks.
- Keep the shop and trucks organized.
- Coordinate assigned project tasks with the production manager.
What We're Looking For
- 3-5 years of hardscape installation experience.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work in person in North Carolina.
- Ability to operate landscape/construction equipment.
- Experience driving a light-duty dump truck and towing trailers.
What Will Help You Stand Out
- 5+ years of landscape construction/hardscape installation experience.
- Experience with natural stone and concrete products used for patios, walls, and outdoor kitchens.
- Landscape or construction education is a plus.
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
# Physical & Work Environment
This is a physically active outdoor construction role. Candidates must be able to frequently lift up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift up to 80 pounds and work around equipment, noise, dust, changing weather, wet surfaces, and uneven terrain.
Travel to job sites throughout the Triangle area is required using a company vehicle from the shop.
