Currin Outdoor Living is seeking an experienced, hands-on landscape installation leader to guide a crew of 2-4 team members while working alongside them on high-end landscape projects throughout the Triangle.

What You'll Do
- Lead and work alongside a landscape installation crew of 2-4 team members.
- Turn detailed landscape designs into completed garden and landscape installations.
- Track daily tasks, labor hours, and materials.
- Operate landscape equipment including mini excavators, skid steers, and compactors.
- Drive light-duty dump trucks and use safe trailering practices.
- Keep tools, trucks, equipment, and the shop organized and ready for work.
- Communicate with the production manager to keep projects moving efficiently.
What We're Looking For
- At least 2 years of landscape installation experience.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to operate basic landscape equipment.
- Experience driving a light-duty dump truck and towing trailers.
What Will Help You Stand Out
- 3-5 years of landscape construction/installation experience.
- Strong communication skills; Spanish is a plus.
- A passion for plants, teamwork, and quality outdoor construction.
- Horticulture or related education is a plus, not a requirement.
# Physical & Work Environment
This is an active outdoor position. Candidates must be able to frequently lift up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift up to 80 pounds and work in changing outdoor conditions, around equipment, noise, dust, pollen, wet surfaces, and uneven terrain.
