Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader

Currin Outdoor Living is seeking an experienced Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader to oversee and work alongside a maintenance crew while ensuring properties are serviced safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

What You'll Do
- Assign and assist crew members with routine landscape maintenance tasks.
- Delegate work and ensure quality standards are consistently met.
- Safely and professionally drive a truck and trailer to jobsites.
- Maintain equipment used by the crew.
- Ensure assigned work is completed safely, efficiently, and effectively.
- Communicate with clients onsite about current work, future needs, out-of-scope opportunities, and property expectations.
What We're Looking For
- 2 years of landscape maintenance experience.
- 2 years of landscape crew-lead experience.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Knowledge of landscape maintenance equipment operation and care.
- Strong attention to detail in landscape production.
What Will Help You Stand Out
- Landscape maintenance education is a plus.
- Strong communication skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Computer skills and experience with LMN Time or similar landscape software are a plus.
# Physical & Work Environment
This is an active outdoor leadership role. Candidates must be able to frequently lift up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift up to 80 pounds and work in varying weather, noise, dust, pollen, wet conditions, and around landscape equipment.
Travel to jobsites throughout the Triangle area is required.
