Pay: $18.50–$20.50 per hour / DOE
Job Type: Full-Time

Join our team at The Meadows of Napa! We’re looking for a dependable and hardworking Dishwasher to help maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment while supporting our dining services team.

What You’ll Do

- Monitor and record water temperature and sanitizer solution levels and notify management when levels are outside the required range.
- Set up and break down the dishwashing machine as needed, including arms, screens, traps, and baskets.
- Clean the inside and outside of the dishwashing machine and ensure it is operating properly.
- Clean and sanitize kitchen production equipment, work surfaces, ware-washing systems, garbage cans, and surrounding kitchen areas.
- Maintain the cleaning-supply and chemical storage room, keeping supplies stocked, properly labeled, organized, and clean.
- Follow all applicable sanitation, safety, and environmental guidelines.
- Occasionally assist with food preparation and other kitchen duties.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Schedule

Full-Time

Days off may vary during training. Once training is completed, a permanent schedule will be established.

What You Need to Succeed

- Must be at least 16 years of age .
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience with kitchen organization preferred.
- Good communication skills in English, both oral and written.
- Ability and willingness to occasionally assist with other kitchen duties.
- Ability to follow sanitation, safety, and cleanliness standards consistently.
- Successful completion of a background check. Depending on state and local requirements, this may include a drug screen, physical examination, TB test, and fingerprinting.
- CPR and First Aid certification may be required in certain state or local jurisdictions, including California Title 22 requirements.
