About this role

Job Overview

This role owns audience progression for IES within the New-to-the-Franchise (NTTF) motion: identifying where priority prospects are getting stuck in the funnel and designing the plays that move them forward. Operating as the always-on activation layer beneath the motion's Integrated Campaign Lead, this person designs, builds, launches, and optimizes the nurture, outbound, email, and batch-and-blast programs that turn campaign strategy into account movement, and is measured on whether accounts actually progress toward SQLs and SQOs.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

- Own account progression. Identify where priority prospects are stalling in the funnel and design the specific plays, nurture, outbound, email, batch-and-blast, needed to move them forward. This is continuous, always-on work.
- Design and build activation programs. Translate the Integrated Campaign Lead's demand thesis into live, running programs across owned channels and lifecycle marketing, creating one coherent audience experience.
- Optimize continuously based on live performance. Test, scale, or stop programs based on what's actually moving accounts. Surface strategic questions raised by performance data to the Integrated Campaign Lead directly.
- Prevent program decay. Keep activation programs live and current as organizational or campaign priorities shift.
- Partner cross-functionally within your lane. Work closely with the Integrated Campaign Lead, PMM, and Craft/Channel teams (Paid, Web, Events) whose specialist execution your programs may depend on.
- Escalate what's actually yours to escalate. Bring resourcing conflicts, budget needs outside current allocation, and campaign-strategy-level questions to the Integrated Campaign Lead or Motion Lead promptly.

Qualifications

Qualifications

- Experience running lifecycle, nurture, or ABM programs in a B2B context, with a track record of moving accounts through funnel stages.
- Comfort working with funnel and account-progression data to identify where movement is stalling and why.
- Ability to design and test programs independently and adjust based on results.
- Strong marketing-automation fluency (Marketo, Demandbase, or comparable platforms) and real judgment on execution within a Campaign Lead's strategy.
- Clear written and verbal communication, able to flag a strategic risk to a Campaign Lead or Motion Lead concisely and with a recommendation attached.
- BA/BS in Marketing, Business, or related field.
