You’ll act as the primary relationship for service, and issue ‑ resolution for Brokers. You'll advocate internally on behalf of Brokers, remove friction in service delivery, and support a consistent, proactive broker experience aligned to IAG’s Intermediated Insurance Australia (IIA) strategy.
This is a 12-month fixed- term contract based across multiple locations in Australia. You may be based in any of our offices nationwide. The role offers a hybrid working arrangement, with the option to work from home up to two days per week.
What You'll Do
- Deliver responsive, professional support across a range of broker enquiries
- Build strong understanding of broker needs to enhance their experience
- Maintain clear and timely communication with brokers and internal stakeholders
- Escalate complex or high-impact matters appropriately
- Partner with underwriting, claims, and operations to progress requests
What You'll Bring
• Strong customer service experience, preferably in finance or insurance environment
• Comfortable engaging with senior brokers and internal leaders
• Ability to operate autonomously with accountability
• Good attention to detail and ability to analyse various sources of information
• Strong service acumen
