About the Role:
- Lead end-to-end project delivery, overseeing planning, design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover activities.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, contractors, authorities, and internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project objectives and delivery expectations.
- Drive project strategy, governance, and decision-making to achieve successful project outcomes while managing commercial, technical, and operational risks.
- Monitor project performance against key milestones, budgets, quality benchmarks, and delivery schedules, implementing corrective actions where required.
- Foster collaboration across multidisciplinary teams and promote a culture of accountability, safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

- Provide overall leadership and direction to project teams, ensuring successful execution of all project phases in accordance with approved plans and business objectives.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and contractor performance to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
- Manage stakeholder relationships, including clients, consultants, contractors, and regulatory authorities, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.
- Oversee project governance, quality, safety, statutory compliance, and risk management processes throughout the project lifecycle.
- Review project performance reports, forecasts, and key metrics, driving strategic decisions and continuous improvement initiatives.

About You:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- Master’s degree in construction management(preferred)
- 15+ years of experience in project management for large-scale, Commercial projects within a PMC, developer, or consulting environment.
- Strong understanding of project planning, cost control, contract administration, construction methodologies, and regulatory compliance.
- Proficiency in project management software, scheduling tools (MSP/Primavera), and MIS/reporting systems.
- Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive teams toward timely and quality project delivery.
